VENDOR INFORMATION - Food and Beverage Vendors

All Food and Beverage vendors who wish to operate in Shasta County must submit a 'Temporary Food Establishment' permit to the Shasta County Health Department no less than one month in advance of each event.

Please click here to view/download the required Shasta County Application for Permit document. Once completed, you will submit this document directly to the Shasta County Department of Resource Management's Environmental Health Division on Placer Street in Redding (as opposed to submitting it to Big Bike Weekend with your vendor application).

Please return the original Big Bike Weekend Vendor Application along with your payment to the address on the application. Upon approval, your check will be deposited or credit card charged. A copy of the fully executed agreement and receipt of payment will be returned to you for your records.
