VENDOR INFORMATION

Dear Prospective Vendor
We heard from you and are making the following changes to this year’s program:

  • opening the gates at Noon on Friday.
  • extending outdoor vendor hours until 7:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday
  • providing more entertainment on the outdoor stage throughout the weekend
  • providing Sunday activities including the worship service, lawn activities for youth, motorcycle activities, a band and a cook off contest


  • Vendor fees remain very reasonable at $150 for your first 10x10 space.

    As always, ALL VENDORS will be required to obtain liability insurance for this event.

    All food and beverage vendors must have a health permit from the Shasta County Health Department one month in advance to operate at Big Bike Weekend. Call 530-225-5591 to obtain this permit if you haven't done so already.

    By submitting a vendor application to Big Bike Weekend, you are stating that you have read and will comply with the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations as outlined on your application.

    Vendor registration deadline is September 1, 2010.
