VENDOR INFORMATION - Insurance

The City of Redding requires that vendors who participate in events at the Redding Convention Center (a City-owned building and property) provide proof of insurance no less than 10 days prior to the event.

Occasionally, a vendor who already holds a valid insurance certificate waits to submit that certificate with his application just in time to meet the 10-day requirement, only to find that the certificate does not meet the minimum limits of insurance that the City requires.

Please note that, if insurance requirements cannot be met by your insurance company for whatever reason, Special Event insurance is available and may be purchased through the City's Risk Management office.
